The Challenge: The Zoo was seeking a 10 pt plus high color membership ID card to print on demand as part of their ongoing membership campaign. They had explored plastic affixed cards and found them to be too expensive, print quality did not meet expectation and personalization would have to be outsourced.   

Source Solution:  Fold and seal butterfly card.

The Fold and Seal Butterfly construction with a laser imprintable laminate and hot melt adhesive provided a durable 15 pt. card that could be imprinted on site.

This construction combined with 4 color process offset printing gave the Philadelphia Zoo the look and the function that they were seeking.
